By visiting, booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Visits and Entry

Entry to Ceylon Kingsmen Garden is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit entry numbers for the comfort of all visitors and to protect the garden environment. Opening hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily; hours may vary on public holidays.

Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from us.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the visit or stay receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a one-night or one-session charge.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to exceptional circumstances; full refunds will be issued.

Photography and Filming

Personal photography is permitted with standard entry. Commercial photography, videography, drone operations and pre-wedding sessions require a photography permit. Permits must be obtained in advance. Drone operations require written approval at least 7 days prior.

Code of Conduct

• Do not disturb wildlife, remove plants, or damage any part of the garden.
• Keep noise at a level that allows other visitors to enjoy the environment.
• Follow all posted signs and instructions from garden staff.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

Liability

Ceylon Kingsmen Garden is not liable for loss or damage to personal property, or for personal injury sustained during a visit, except where caused by our negligence. Visitors enter at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
